All walls will be Air Renew drywall. This wall is designed to contain and trap VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are hazardous to one’s health – but for some reason all still allowed in the city, and nation. To help make up for that, I will be using this special more expensive dry wall to make the life of the tenant healthier. With me taking great care in the things I will use will mean that any VOCs will be what the tenant brings with them.
