In an ideal situation, the apartment will have multiple ethernet lines running throughout the apartment, and there would be no coaxial. However, there is no communications closet, so there is no place for the lines to run to. As for television, as long as the cable TV providers chooses to not offer IPTV? services, coaxial will have to remain in the rental.
