This section will include amenities that are available to the tenant. Amenities are not features, as a feature is expected for Section-8 qualifications. Amenities however are extra, and intended to make the tenant’s living in my apartment as something they will wish to continue to do so. Amenities will include the following:
- Elevator
- Garage Space
- Laundry Machine
- Nest Thermostat
- Outdoor Space
- Solar Tube Lighting
- Sprinkler System
Each one of these amenities are designed to make the unit stand out, and give something to encourage the tenant to want stay in the apartment. The whole systems will be designed to make life simpler, and more efficient – giving something for the tenant to look forward to, and reduce strain.
